Routine Maintenance of Vehicles, Machinery and Generator at Dry Dock for the period of one year (2021-2022).

Attending routine maintenance, repairs, replacement of spares and operation of Heavy/medium equipments/machinery used on Dry Dock, Slipways, Ports etc., like cranes, forklifts, winches, dewatering pumps, generator, welding machines, air compressor, lathe drilling machines etc. and attending all the miscelleneous works like bunkering of HSD oil, engine oil, cleaning, greasing etc periodically by engaging Crane operators (Highly skilled Mazdoor) - 02 Nos, Drivers (Skilled Mazdoor) - 04 Nos ( for TATA Sumo, Toyota Qualis, Ambassador Cars, Forklifts, Driving welding set) and for maintenance & breakdown repair works of heavy, medium & light machineries, vehicles by engaging Skilled Mechanic - 02 Nos , Semi Skilled Mechanic- 02 Nos, Unskilled Mechanic - 02 Nos., on all working days directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess, minor tools like hand glooves. helmets, uniform etc.

Attending miscellaneous works such as keeping vigil on the scattered materials in and around the workshop area, helping hands for the operation of machineries, minor breakdown etc during night hours, sundays and holidays including cost of all labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess etc complete.

Attending cleaning and washing toilet blocks inside ALHW workshop area at Dry Dock No.II complex. Cleaning the water tanks, drains, inspection chamber and other miscellaneous works including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete. But excluding cost of phenol, sanifresh, cleaning powder, bleaching powder, broom stick etc. Which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.

Sweeping the surface and surrounding area, of Work Shop, Generator room, sub-division office of AE (Mech) & AE (Civil), collection of debris and accumulating dumping in the dust bin etc including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Engaging the Data Entry Operator- 03 (Three) Nos per day (for AE(M-II), Dry Dock Sub-Division - 01 No, DCE (Mech) Drawing Branch - 01 No, DCE (Mech) Account Section - 01 No) for attending typing works, Dairy entry, Despatch and other misc. office works etc. all as per direction of EIC/section incharge including cost of all labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess etc complete.
