S/R TO MUNDOGHAT-KAPASIRA PART-B AT CH. 0/000 TO 4/300 KM FOR THE YEAR 2025-26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uptooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposalof top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & laying Semi-dense bituminous concrete ( S D B C ) with batch type hot mix using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen as clause 508 of MoSRT & H. including 1% cess & as per direction of the EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete PCC Grade M15 in open foundation complete as per Drawing and tecnical specifications with cost of all labour and materials.

Providing P.C.C. M-30 using 20mm and down graded size h.g. chips of aproved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305 and 1104 of MoRD includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead & lift, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with excavated suitable material upto 3mt. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in Foundation and plinth with fine course sand in 23.5cm thick layers free from organic and materials,well watered and rammed including all cost,conveyance,royalty taxes all materials and all labour T & P articles required for the work including 1% cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete in open foundation complete as per Drawing and tecnical specifications with cost of all labour and materials. PCC Gr M-15 a) Without Centering & Shuttering

Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3/ Prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per Technical Specification Clause 1106.

Providing Weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonary/plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wingwall , return wall with 100mm dia. AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 614,709,1204.3.7
