Ceiling tiles should be suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x32 mm x 3000mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross ""T"" of size 24x27 mm made out of 0.30 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main 'T' at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross 'T' of length 600 mm and size 24 x27 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200 x 600 mm panel to form grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(22x20X3000 mm) made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick Insula mineral fibre ceiling tiles of approved texture Speckle/ Fissura Fine/ Textura in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T' , bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with powder coated paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Only Insula mineral fibre false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm

Design,Providing and Fixing 'BARTONE WOODYWOOL' Panel having size 600x1200 mm and thickness of 15mm are made with inorganic binder wood fibre, which provide NRC 0.85 tested as per IS:8225-1987 (Equivalent to ISO: 354-1985 & ASTM 423 90). BARTONE’s Panels are an ecological green material. It is non-flammable as per IS:3614 (Part-II). It facilitates fast, rapid construction of walls. It is economic & energy efficient. Boards enhance the value of buildings. It requires very low maintenance cost. The product is ECO- Friendly and, tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991 and IS:15061-2002 for excellent results. System to be installed on wall fabric system by using FR Grade fabric of size 1400mm width, shall be stretched by using CC 25 with infill of synth wool 10X25 mm thick, rigid vinyl Stretch Tracks half wrap/full wrap 15mm and Mid-seam 15mm (FS15), wood wool board, synth infill with requisite accessories & tools. CC 25 mm is first installed on the wall along with the marking lines with metal fasteners inserted at 300mm centres. Gripper tracks to be installed on wooden base using tacks 150mm centres on one/both sides of Stretch Tracks. Wood wool board square edge pinewood panels of size 600x1200x15mm having density 400kg/m3, weight 4kg which is fixed to wall with suitable fasteners. Open Cell Sponge foam of 10mm thick adhered on strand panel by using adhesive. Fabric of width 1400mm is then aligned to the Stretch tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the Stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. Note -minimum 50mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1300mm.
