Restructuring of Old 400KV system of PH 3 ,up gradation existing SCADA system of 400 KV system of PH 4 and integration of upgraded SCADA system with 400 KV system of PH 3 STPS Sarni.

Construction of new single-storey ECR building within available approximate area of 25 m × 30 m (750 sq. m) for accommodating new Control & Relay Panels for 13 bays (09 existing bays + 04 future bays), complete with all associated amenities and facilities including store room, wash area, CCTV surveillance system, internal electrification, false ceiling, lighting fixtures, fans, centralized air conditioning system, fire detection & alarm system and all other related works, complying with applicable industrial standards and norms.(As per attached Part-B-Civil Tech specs & scope)

Construction of cable Trenches and Covers, Cable Trays etc. (including strengthening of existing cable trenches wherever required) for existing 09 Nos. bays.

Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all the supplied equipment for 09 Nos. bays including cable laying & all statutory approval / Clearances essentially required before & after installation / Commissioning and Charging shall be in the firm's scope.

Dismantling of C&R panels, cables and all associated equipment, (i.e. Battery Banks, chargers, etc.) installed in PH-III/IV,STPS Sarni.

Shifting, installation, testing & recommissioning of existing PLCC, ABT Meter, PMU, FOTE, RTU, RTCC, etc. and associated Panels for 09 Nos. bays.

Complete engineering and design of remodeling scheme for the SCADA based Control & Relay System of 400kV Switchyard, STPS Sarni & including design of all associated civil structures such as new ECR building and related works for 13 bays (09 existing bays + 04 future bays). & Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 400kV Main-I & Main-II Bus bar Protection Panels complete with Two Peripheral Units (PUs) for 15 bays each and Central Units (CUs) sized for minimum 24 bays & Work of Up gradation of existing installed SAS(including replacement of BCUs etc) of PH-IV For 06 Nos. Bays and its integration into the new SAS of STPS Sarni. & Erection, Installation, testing and commissioning of Twin Channel PLCC Panels complete with Line Matching Units (LMU), HF couplers, coaxial cables, tele-protection couplers, speech and data communication equipment and all associated accessories for both ends of 03 Nos. 400kV transmission lines.

Supply of Substation Automation System (SAS) for 9 Bays.

Supply of all required cables including control cables, power cables, fibre optic cables, coaxial cables and associated cable trays/accessories, CT's& CVT's Junction box etc. for all 09 bays.
