Demolition of Brickwork, stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any positrion not otherwise specifically provided and removing the debris to a distance not exceeeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix M-25) using 20mm graded stone agregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix M-25) using 20mm graded stone agregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast wall and the like, any thickness, above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of steel formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillaster, buttresses etc, vertical or batter for fair finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe - 500/500D cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore single socketed, in any length laid in RCC retaining walls as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing broken stone aggregate (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed

Forming embankments using soils including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc not exceeding 1.5m height from base all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments using soils including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m height from base all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of timbering as planking and strutting for retaining the side of excavated soil for construction of retaining wall, including wales sturts, open poling boards, proper steel prop supports etc, as may be necessary fixing and removal for height up to 5.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150mm dia perforated MS tubes, light grade (dia of holes not less than 10mm and not greater than 15mm at suitable spacing to collect water, only half portion of peripheral area of pipe to be perforated) including supplying and covering with Geo Synthetic cloth all around the pipe for retianing earth complete all as specified and directed. Note: Geo Synthetic cloth will be covered all around of the preforated pipe and shall be approved standard make.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 and pointing the dressed surface with same mortar as the work proceeds all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 hereinbefore but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note: The stone obtained from demolition shall be reused as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for Granite or Trap stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses, etc and similar work including necessary form work and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masnory with solid block type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exceeding 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces / block wall on other than fair faces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in foot path, hardstanding, surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E - 165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc for maintaining slope and free flow of water including cleaning of drain required for work complete all as specified and directed
