Provision for Chlorine Dioxide (Cl02) plant with Dosing pump for disinfection of water.including all specials & Gate valves with complete fitting etc

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Electromagnetic Flow Meter etc. including all materials at Mangrol head works (excluding CI/DI fittings) - on main rising main of OHSR

Supply & installation of Submersible monoblock centrifugal pump sets made of stainless steel body of minimum 5 - star rating high effieiency (from buero of energy efficiency) as per IS: 8034 - 1989 of approved made or equivalent of stainless steel body only, making connection suitable for pumping. The job includees screwing & welding of flanges on GI riser pipes jointing of electrical cables and other connection making switch board electrical connection all labour for testing of Monoblock / Centrifugal pump set and supply of water to water mains complete in all respect:- At CWR 30 Mtr head,12.431 lps (7.5 Kw) - 2 Nos

Provision for installation of pump sets including electical & mechanical work for deliver the water from CWR to ESR (Suction pipe including fixing of sluice valve with dismentling joints and a delivery pipe with sluice valve, dual plate type non return valve with dismentling joints, pressure gauge and flow meter)

Provision for installation of centrifugal / monoblock pump sets with Mono rail hoist of suitable capacity at clear water pump house.

Provision for electric panel with FASD starter at control panel room with cabling work of centrifugal pump / monoblock pump sets at clear water pump house with earthing work.. Electic control panel :- Supply & installation of electric control panel comprising MCB (Make:- L & T / SEMENS /GEC / C & S), fully automatic starter ( L & T / SEMENS / BSH / GEC / JOYOTI / HAVELLS / Crompton / ), ampere meter, volt meter, (IMP, RISHAB), phase preventor, suitable starting and running capacitors (Make:- L & T, NAPTUNEEDDUCATE(NSL - 10/ WEPCORE / UNITOR) phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc complete suitable for three phase pump sets. The panel should have space for energy meter (Supplied by JVVNL). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box of minimum size 1000 X 600 X 450 mm tapering made and conopy 750 mm W, 500 mm D & 100 mm H at centure tapering of 16 SWG MS sheet powder coated with locking arrangment. The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading the panel should have to be mounted on 50 X 50 X 5 mm angle iron frame of height 600 mm, including mounting on C.C M - 150 1:2:4 plateform of size 750 mm x 600 mm, the depth of C.C plateform may be increased as per side condition and direction of the engineer incharge, angle iron frame and C.C plateform is to be taken as per direction of engineer incharge as per detailed specification as per the scope of work.

PART "C" - For Operation and Maintenance of Piped Water Supply Scheme Marena

Operation and Maintenance of all civil, mechanical & electrical installation and instruments of the system on 24 hrs, basis including wages of staff, cost of lubricants and spares, rewinding of burnt motor, repairs of pipe line, valves etc & making good of all major & miner faults and all repair / replacement as mentioned in this scope of work excluding the cost of the power charges & chemical for the period of five years with existing schemes as per tender documents.
