Documents such as RNote, PO copy, OEM should give authorization or MSE certificate for tendered item etc. to attached with bid documents for past performance PAST PERFORMANCE LIKE CRN, RECEIPT NOTE SHOULD BE ATTACHED ALONG WITH THE OFFER. 2)Firm should have successfully supplied the same item to any railway unit and proof ofsupply should be provided at the time of tender participation.

Statutory Variation Clause

Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/contractor

Standard Governing Conditions

The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS conditions of contract and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.
The contract shall also be governed by Revised Special Conditions and Instructions for the Guidance of the Contractors issued by the Western Railway S/137/F Revised May 2011 Amendment No.12 of August 2018 or latest, available as public documents of WRly on IREPS website
