REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF HT TRANSFORMER, VCB AND ALLIED WORK UNDER GE DEHU ROAD

Taking down the old transformer oil and testing the TRANSFORMER OIL CLASSIFICATIONS* with the following from NABL accord test lab (i)ACIDITY OR NEUTRALISATION NUMBER(NN) (ii) INTERFACIAL TENSION (IFT).(iii) IFT-NN Relationship and other test complet all as directed.

Disconnections the HT and LT connection 0f 11/0.44 KV step down outdoor typeTransformer of capacity 50KVA TO 250 KVA. and transportation to workshop Opening the top cover and taking out the core and drain out the unserviceable oil.Discalling the oil tank, removing all sludge and acide cleaningalso. Removing the all sladge,carbon ,acid from the core and coil,dry the coil and heatvarnishing the same.Decarbonizing the all connected parts.Filling new transformar oil,refixing the top cover,top up the transformer oil and dehydration and filteration the oil upto dielectric strength 30 KV,and testing, including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete including reinstallation in original position and reconnection all as directed.Note: (i) Cost of Material and labour, for various parts will be paid seperately under respective items of Sch-"A".However cost of labour towards dismelting,assembling ,tools and lifting arrangement,transportation is deemed to be including in this items.Cost of sundry items viz cover bolt,plug cap,screws,washer,air release plug etc deemed to be included in quoted rate.(ii)New oil to be measured and paid in respective items seperately..(iii) Testing and commissioning of transformer after repair and submitting of test report with satisfactory result to be submittted.

Serviceaing and maintanence 22/0.44 KV step down outdoor typeTransformer of capacity 500 KVA after necessary disconnections the HT connection at site .Opening the top cover and repairing the Leckage,replace the silica gel,Decarbonizing the all connected parts,refixing the top cover,top up the transformer oil and dehydration and filteration the oil upto dielectric strength 30 KV,and testing, including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.Note: (i) Cost of Material and labour, for various parts will be paid seperately under respective items of Sch-"A".However cost of labour towards dismelting,assembling,Joint inspection and identifyin the fault,tools and lifting arrangement,transportation is deemed to be including in this items.Cost of sundry items viz cover bolt,plug cap,screws,washer,air release plug etc deemed to be included in quoted rate.(ii)Filtration/centrifuging of old transformer oil to be measured and paid seperately.(iii) Addition/Replacement of Transformer oil if required will be measured and paid seperately.(iv) Testing and commissioning of transformer after repair and submitting of test report with satisfactory result to be submittted.

Supply only breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of capacityupto 500 KVA Volt Distribution transformer.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on HT side threaded complete with nut, washers etc of suitable dia for transformer of capaicty 250 KVA to 500KVA.
