REPAIR AND MAINT OF 11 KV RMUs, HT SWITCHGEAR, HT METERING EQUIPMENTS, 11 / 0.433 KV, DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND CONNECTED MAINTENANCE WORKS INSTALLED UNDER GE BELGAUM

M&L servicing of oil cooled transformer, 11000 Volt / 433 Volts step down / Step up, indoor / out door type of capacity upto 63 KVA comprising following work services complete all as specifid and directed :- (a) Disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) checking of HT/LT insulators and including internal inspection (d) Replacement of corroded nuts / bolts with double washers, burned lugs etc, (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Removing, cleaning, polishing of bushings and studs of both HT/LT side by using soft cotton clothand including checking for cracking and refixing the same.

(g) Refixing all cable terminals HV & LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank and other fitments in position. (h) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather. (j) Mechanical inspection and fixing of buchholz relay. (k) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables and including re-connection of earth strip / lead. (l) Replacement of HT side cable connection HT tape & M Seal Monoplast as required at site. (m) All marshalling boxes to be cleaned from inside. (n) All the terminal connection of control and relay wiring to be checked and tighten. (o) Examine the rollers carefully and including greasing them properly.
