SITC of puff insulation/ Glass wool/rock wool of 50 mm thickness for 200 mm dia MS pipe with Aluminum cladding of 24 gauge.

Providing and fitting of Auto starter panel for AHUS suitable for 3 hp motor with complete wiring

Providing and fitting of 3.5 core 50 sq. mm armored Al. cable to be connected from plant room to the bus bar in attic for connection to the AHUS.

Providing and fitting of 4 pole 80 A MCCB to be installed in panel available in plant room.

Construction of operator's room of size 10' x 12' in Al frame structure with 12 mm particle board in panels. The job includes providing and fitting of ACP Ceiling to operator's room with frames. Height of the room to be taken as 10 ft. The room must have a door of 4'x7' size from inside plant room and one window of size 3'x6' in frames

Complete electrification of plant room & operators' room by way of P/F of 15 W LED lights (10 no), 16 Amp sockets (6 no), 5 Amp sockets (4 no) & complete wiring in 2.5 mm² & 1.5 mm². The job includes P/F of suitable MCB's as per site requirement

Facelifting of plantroom by way painting of entire plant room with wall putty (one coat) and two coats of emulsion from inside and red oxide to shutters (both sides) after cleaning of dust, oil and grease. The job also includes applying red oxide primer to truss of the roof. The job further includes necessary repairs to shutters (2) No.).

Providing and fitting of Aluminum windows panes with glass shutters (22 No.) of size 2 ft x 4.5 ft in 11 No. Aluminum frames of size 4.5 ft x 7 ft. The job also includes the replacement of damaged Al frames in various windows including P/F of glass shutter in middle frame of the 11 No. window.

Relocation of MS Tanks of 6000 Its and 2000 Its capacity inside the plant room from one place to another. The job invloves proper placement of the tanks on already fabricated frame structure with proper fastening/welding.
