PART- B (Item Rate Basis)

Supply, stacking and spreading of graded crusher broken hard stone aggregate free from organic matter including stacking & spreading in yard/trenches as per the standard specification of size 40 mm to 63 mm including all lead & lift, transportation, labour, loading, unloading & T&P required for graveling work as per direction of Engineer Incharge including dressing & leveling.

Supply, stacking, spreading & hand ramming of quarry rubbish in layer not exceeding 15 cm (loose) incl. all lead & lift, transportation, loading, unloading with water & hand ramming with labour incl. T&P, machinery, water etc. complete in all respect finishing in laying, level and camber as per direction of Engineer in charges.

Collection, transportation(all lead) & spreading (including hand ramming) of crusher dust including stacking as the standard specification in layers not exceeding 15 cm (loose) incld. dressing etc complete.For all lead and lift complete as per direction of engineer incharge including compaction by plate vibrator complete.

Providing & fixing sign board as per approved drawing and specification made of M.S. sheet 1.6mm thick of size 1200x900mm stiffened by flat 20x3mm on both side all around the plate and duly framed with 32mm dia medium M.S. black pipe fixed on frame of 50mm dia medium pipe (Vertical post 3600mm, 3000mm above ground level with angle iron hold fast 35x35x5mm with horizontal member 1500mm to be jointed with flat 40x6mm and post embedded in cement concrete blocks M-15 grade of 450x450x750mm size below ground level as directed by Engineer Incharge. All MS will be stove enameled and both side lettering, figuring and border on sheet with ready mix synthetic enamelled paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc. complete in all respect all support framed post and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of enamel paint as per specifications and direction of Engineer incharge. Over all size 1500x1200mm.

Earth work in filling of excavated earth excpet back cotton soil with watering and compation of spreaded earth in 15-30 cm layers, levelled and neatly dressed as per requirement of site and direction of engineer in charge, work includes cost of earth with taxes, loading, unloading transportation, labour, water and T&P etc. complete with all lead and lift.
