Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in in roof padding,kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing water proofing treatment any type like plastering, PCC, Roof tiles, APP membrane etc., including removal of debris, old APP membrane etc.to outside MD land and providing water proofing treatment on horizantal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160gm/Sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finally after drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over plastered RCC roof slab/parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc., complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed (Note: Plastering will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 0.250 ltr per 50 kg bag of cement or as recommended by manufacturer on roof surfaces, parapet and the like, finished fair and even. Complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Fosroc or any other approved make, making of angle fillets alround periphery of the wall with Polymer Modified Mortar using Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW + @ 200 ml per bag of cement or its equivalent in Fosroc or approved make. Sealing sanitary pipe inserts, electrical fitouts etc provided in the floor and walls with bath seal taps, groting the gap around pipe inserts with Bathseal grout or Dr Fixit Micro concrete. Applying two coats of Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC in the sunken areas and extending it upto 150mm above the finished floor level which includes laying of 150mm wide strip of an open wooven glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet on the 1st coat while it is still wet , laying a protective plater of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 admixed with Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW @ 220 ml per bag of cement used complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : 1. Complete treatment shall be carried out by an authorised applicator of above said water proofing Manufacturer. 2. Make : Dr Fixit/ Fosroc/ BASF/ STP)

M&L PCC type D2 ,1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation , filling mass concrete in sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type A0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floor base concrete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc, and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of Exterior Wall Primer on external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified.

Taking down of steel tubing and connections complete on walls, floors etc for 15mm bore of pipe all as specified and directed.

Taking down of steel tubing and connections complete on walls, floors etc for 20mm bore of pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised iron medium graded tubes with all fittings and fixed complete on walls,ceiling or laid in floors etc,15mm in dia all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised iron medium graded tubes with all fittings and fixed complete on walls,ceiling or laid in floors etc, 20mm in dia all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15 mm dia old steel tubing obtained from item no 14 here in before and connections in new or old position (wall,ceiling,floors,etc.) complete all as specified and directed

Refixing 20 mm dia old steel tubing obtained from item no 14 here in before and connections in new or old position (wall,ceiling,floors,etc.) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 KM but not exceeding 2 KM from the premises all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x350x7-8 mm thick on vertical surface as in dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, pointed with white/ coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular ) in floors ,area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Vitreous china squatting pan orissa pattern size 500x440mm white with integral foot rest with P or S trap and 32mm PVC flush pipe etc complete and making good to floor all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Viterous china water closet pedestal pattern with P or S trap including connection to flush and water pipe, waste pipe and white PVC seat and cover set etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litres capacity, high/low level with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in above ground floors such as beam, slabs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Micro concrete Rendroc RG (S) any thickness for structural members all as per manufacturer instructions complete including provn of leak proof form work coated with reabol mould release agent , steel scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of Drilling and fixing injection packer and grout the Low viscous epoxy injection Resin Grout system of LVEP by using electrical operation Pump all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : For Beam and column area Drilling and fixing the Injection Packers and mixing and inject the two components (comp ‘A’ and comp ‘B’) Low viscosity Injection Material with electrical operation pump. Approved agency - Bostik, STP, SIKKA

Providing and applying Polyurethene water proofing membrane coating system comprising the following including removal of old treatment complete:- A. Removal of existing bituminous membrane and cleaning the surfaces by mechanical means and treating in sound clean and free from any bituminous residue, dirt, oil, grase. etc. All surface cracks etc be filled with Flowfill grout, surfaces patch work, defective area to be reapired with high early strength, fast setting repair Mortar using Patch fix Concrete comple as per manufacturer recommendations. B. Providing and applying Ultra seal PU primer @ 200 ml per Sqm and then applying two coats of single component, moisture cure highly elastomeric & tough polyurethene water proofing membrane of Ultra seal PU @ 1.2 kg per Sqm in two coats to achieve dry film thickness of 1mm all as per manufacturer instructions.
