Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm x 605mm size, consisting of main Tee of size 23.50mmx36.50mmx1.50mm, cross Tee of size 23.50mmx23.50mmx1.50mm and wall angle of size 36.00mmx25.00mmx1.50mm of approved make including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including steel hangers 6 mm dia G.I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40 mm long in soffit of slab/walls complete all as specifed and as directed including provision of 12.5mm thick Moisture Resistant Gypsum board 600mmx600mm size, fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Aluminium Composite Panel(ACP) cladding using 3mm thick ACP panel of approved colour jointed as per manufacturer's instruction, fixed to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Aluminium frame work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium frame work aluminium section of size 38.00mmx23.00mmx1.50mm of approved make for fixing ACP panel including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position suitable arrangement and locking systems for ACP complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Aluminium Composite Panel shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60 mm thickness M-35grade with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over and including 50mm thick compacted thickness of dry river sand cushioning, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator as cushioning to paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid block of any size as in road kerbs, set in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick granite tiles machine cut in laid in floors, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, grinding and polishing including dismantling old unserviceable flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick granite tiles machine cut as in skirting /dado, laid over and including backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, grinding and polishing including dismantling old unserviceable skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and fixing stainless steel tube 304 grade, Sch-10S, as in railing work including necessary welding and fixing including dismantling old railing with all framework complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing old surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down moss and efflorescent salt etc and applying one coat of arcylic exterior emulsion antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 6mm thick mild plate(plain or chequerred), channel, square cut or notched(ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment to bottom of pipe conforming to Fe 410-W quality A(Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered or chamfered angles as directed including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for three coats of white wash on new concrete or plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chokhats or frame exc 1.50 sqm each but n exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame ) complete all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs, etc., to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium 'U' bracket No. SH540BT for doors/partitions powder coated sections including locking arrangements and other fittings/fixturescomplete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Glass panel shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix 12mm thick toughened glass in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane including printed emblems and rubber neoprene packing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Aluminium frame shall be measured and paid separately under item No.23.

Supply and fix stainless steel handle of 200mm size fixed on glass panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing of new surfaces of any description and applying two coats of distempering walls with acrylic distemper, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting, on plastered wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated wall surfaces by washing, rubbing, brooming down and applying one coat of acrylic distemper on walls all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick Marble tiles 30cmx20cm size, white colour, machine cut in laid in floors, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, grinding and polishing including dismantling old unserviceable flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavataion in trenches width not exceeding 1.5 M and depth not exceeding 1.5 metre for foundations, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for manholes etc and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for for dressed laterite stone masnory, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm on fair faces of stone masnory surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in wall or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundry pillars and posts and mass concrete.ramp etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS)

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable (FR) upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, ISI marked, drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit concealed in wall including all accessories such as bend, tee, junction boxes, elbows etc with and including modular boxes of suitable size and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable(FR) earth continuity wire connected to DBs/modular box/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm Cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for five light point controlled by one No. one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor in trenches including suitable size of double grip cable gland and joiinting etc complete for size 4core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Earth work excavation shall be measure and paid separately.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through PVC on pole / wall, unarmoured cable with PVC insulated copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm 2 Core 1100 volts grade for connection of LED street light lights from junction box complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and fix bracket T shaped made out of GI square pipe medium grade 32mm size height 1 M and width 0.4Mtr with necssary clamps to be fixed on square shaped GI pole of height up to 10M complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtr in depth for laying of cables including getting out in in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling and well ramming,in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of old size sub-class B for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
