Paving the floor with best quality stain free Nano polish vitrified Tiles of size 600x600x8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of size 300x450x8mm conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Stainless Steel (Salem Stainless Steel) Door Frame - Box Section using Stainless Steel Plate with following thickness with the size of 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 / 35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel Hold fast etc including dismantling,making necessary chipping and holes in RCC columns, walls with power drills to the extent required ,including providing concrete 1:2:4 inside the box curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - SS Door Frame with thickness of 1mm/1.60mm.

Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter single leaf, 35mm thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos of SS 304 Grade Parliament Hinges of Size (125mm x 150mm), 2 Nos 300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Single leaf.Door Shutter Type :Thickness: 35mm thick

Supplying and fixing position Nahani Trap / Floor Trap of size 100x75mm with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of sand and five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahani Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position SS heavy duty Long body tap of approved make conforming to BIS specification and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the work).

Supplying and fixing in position CP shower rose with CP stop cock arrangement of size 15mm dia inlet and 100mm outlet to the pipe line with necessary cutting, threading and jointing using shellac etc., complete complying with standard specification and as di- rected by the departmental officers (The CP shower rose should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 600 x 450 x 5.5mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Supplying and fixing approved best quality brass CP towel rail 600mm long and 20mm dia with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs and CP screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The tower rail should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia SS Swan neck tap of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supplying and fixing in position SS Sink 600x450x200mm including cost of teak wood plugs and CP screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The tower rail should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Repainting the walls with two finishing coats of ready mixed interior emulsion paint with thorough scrapping of approved quality and colour over existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Repainting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Best Varnishing Woodwork two Coats of approved quality in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
