Demolition of Lime concrete / Mud phuska / PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for renewal including taking down old tarfelt and removal of demolished material beyond the Md land to a distance exceeding 500mtr not exceeding 1.5KM completed all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing unsrviceable tiles/debries outside MoD land and rubbish off the premises complete all as apecified and as directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, AC Sheets any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering/wall cladding complete all as specified and directed.(Note : height of the bldg truss is upto upto 7 Metre) all as directed

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including snap grid of any type and cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including pillar etc. complete all as apecified

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, unframed in any position all as directed

Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails including cover fillets and frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick/stone wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping orizontal face of the groove with cement mortar 1:3 and all as directed

M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete (levelling course) on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of roof padding with integral water profing compound @3% by weight of cement content (water proofing compound to be paid separately) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) including 10cm side over lap and 15cm end lap laid over primed surface by torching method all as specified and directed. The roof treatement consisting of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 applied @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm. (ii) Laying of APP based memberane as specifiedf thickness and weight. (iii) Applying coats of Solar reflective Bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/ Sqm over the membrane

M&L for vetrified ceramic coloured tiles 8 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.36 sqm and not exc 0.72 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of any size and thickness on vertical surfaces such as dados/skirting, over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in leveling/beding PCC under floor finishes and as directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 75mm thick using 40 mm graded aggregate as sub base/Plinth protection and path complete all as specified and directed.
