REMOVING DRY OR OIL BOUND DISTEMPER BY SCRAPPING, SAND PAPERING AND PREPARING THE SURFACE SMOOTH INCLUDING NECESSARY REPAIRS TO SCRATDHES ETC. COMPLETE.

DISTEMPERING WITH DRY DISTEMPER OF APPROVED BRAND AND MANUFACTURE (ONE OR MORE COATS) AND OF REQUIRE SHADE ON OLD WORK TO GIVE AN EVEN SHADE.

White washing with lime to give an even shade:New work (three or more coats)

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) with a base coat of white washing with lime

Applying priming coat :With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Colour washing with lime to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

White washing with lime to give an even shade :Old work (two or more coats)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

CLEANING OF BERMS OF ROAD INCLUDING REMOVING VEGETATION, WASTE MATERIALS LIKE COTTON WASTE ETC. COMPLETE AND INEQUALITIES NOT EXCEEDING 7.5 CM DEEP AND DISPOSAL OF THE ABOVE RUBBISH UPTO TO 50 M.
