Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled ,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and thickness exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling, Spreading , levelling over field earth including watering, ramming, rolling and finishing to required size and shape as in berms etc complete all as specified and directed Note : Moorum shall be brought from outside of MD land at contractor own source

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using 0.2 to 0.5 Tonne hand roller complete all as specified and directed

Laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand crushed gravel, crushed stone crushed slag or combination thereof as per the gradient required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving requied compaction density atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Densty Consolidating to require gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed

Laying and compacting 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridges works 2013 complete all as specified and directed .

Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45 Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using 360Kg/Cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable, alkali resistant with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 degree Centigrade and minimum tensile strength of 300Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip form paver of minimum 3.0 M width including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing machine complete all as specified and directed required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC 15-2017,including neccesary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes of class NP2 450 mm dia laid and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 dia of pipe 450mm, Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 m but not 500m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine Pressed precast glazed colour reflective PCC interlocking paver block any shape and size and confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade mixed with grey cement and pigment, laid dry and bedded on sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The pattern of paver block shall be approved make and approved by GE . Note: Payment of sand cushion shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken bricks gauge not exceeding. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild Steel bars, 10 mm dia and over TMT Bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoopinbg for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Polythene film 50 micron thick, laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy ) Joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
