Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated semi corrugated) sheets in roof covering all etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including similar pattern roof /wall coverings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix asbestos cement corrugated or semi currugated sheets, 6 mm thick as in roofs, walls fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F asbestos cement plain angular ridge 6 mm thick fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel tubular work as in posts, purlins rafter etc.using ERW or induction butt welded tubes etc fixed in repairs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwsetc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets spaced exc 15 cm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for second class hardwood clean swan battens at 30 cm centres, section area exc 5 Sqcm & n.exc 15 Sqcm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore Pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 11 (here-in-before) but except tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit, Mangalore Pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed alusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plastering 10 mm in thick in cement and sand mortar( 1:3) using 100% course sand on roof mixed with & including M & L for WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing water proofing treatment on roofs, as per manufecturer's instructions and as specified after taking down/out as existing at site :- (a) Cleaning the newly plastered surfaces with wire brushes and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs/sqmts and allow to dry. (b) Applying and laying torch APP polymer modified bituminous membrane 3 mm thick with non woven polyster matt as reinforced weighing not less than 3 kg/sqmts by thermofusion process as per manufacturers specification including applying one coat of aluminium paint. (i) Authenticated applicator shall be got approved from the GE before starting the work. (e) Manufacturers guarantee certificate shall also be submitted by the contractor after WPT completion. (f) Ponding test shall be carried out and shown to the GE for leak proof treatment

Taking up and down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removing to store etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl item No 18 (here-in-before) but 20 mm bore etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F tubes medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors 15 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl item No. 20 (here-in-before) but 20 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 250 & exc 500 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnection and refixing in position etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 500 & exc 1000 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnection and refixing in position etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layer ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed to irin pipe and connecting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 25 (here-in-before) but 1000 ltrs etc.

S & F in repairs 4mm thick plain non asbestos building E board with decorative finish water proofed fixed as in false ceiling on and including powder coated GI fabricated grid of size 60 cm x 60 cm made out of main runner of T section of section 32 x 24 x 0.30 mm and cross runner T section 24mm x 24 mm x 0.3 mm thick rounded angular section of 22 x 33 x 0.70 mm thick with GI clip and level adjuster suspendedby tie hanger 4 mm dia GI upto 1.2 m centre to centre, adjustable level, fixed to roof including applying three coats of white wash on exposed surfaces of ceiling complete all as per manufacturers instruction & directed by Engr In Charge.

Providing and filling epoxy putty into RCC roof crack after opening up cracks in V-groove manner approximate 5×5 mm size using mechanical cutter, properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust dirt etc and filling the same using Nitocote VF-three component, solvent free, thixotropic, Epoxy resin based putty approx 0.50 Ltr / RM having 100% solid contents mixed density of 1.6 g/cc ,compressive strength – 50N/mm2 potlife of 40 minute sat 27 degree C, Drying time 8hrs. recoatable time 24hrs and finishing in line and level with existing concrete surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make;- Dr Fixit/Thermax / Webac Chemicals / Chemco System as approved by the GE.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surfaces including prepration of surface including crack filling and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper (OBD) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper (OBD)etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall / ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

An amount of Rs 1,34,320.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
