NOTES FOR ALL ITEMS OF BOQ:- (i) The work consists of 02 jobs as under:- JOB (A) : TPP 2024-25 (Ser No 06) & JOB (B) : TPP 2024-25 (Ser No 11) (i) Item No 1.01 to 4.18 The rates quoted by the contractor shall include for supply & erecting scaffoldings upto 25 to 30m height alongwith necessary fittings & fixtures for execution of the works and after working the scaffolding shall be removed and take away. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii)The work pertaining to Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator of manufacturer of which the materials is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of brick wall or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on internal surface of brick wall or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. . Note: Primer and emmulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means only)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old Interlocking/floor/hardstanding surface of any descriptions and any position & applying one coats of terra cotta exterior grade paint on floor/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for injection chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% Concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut / injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and sparaying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration diluted with 1 ltr of water) and removing the Plant / vegetation of following girth including penetrated roots complete including necessory scaffolding etc for plants / vegetation of size 0-20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed for buildings upto and including 4 storeys complete all as specified and directed.

OTHER THAN COMMON B&R ITEMS FOR JOB 'A'

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls plasetered or unplastered washing rubbing down and stopping off painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

M&L for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic or equivalent crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anti caronatin coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 600x200mm Metallic/acrilic board fixing with SS screws (3 inch) to the existing wall, making good to the surface (Any height) incl bldg No & name as directed by Engineer In Charge (Eg: BLDG NO P-0015) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall (ceramic/mosaic) tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 20mm thick screed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in flooring, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado, windowcills, and pillar etc., laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pinted with cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
