Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mannual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil,soft rock,hard rock chiselling,wedging out of rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grades, width camber and super elevation levels cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302,1603 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transporation of unuseful material for filling in road ways camber,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all material to required width of the road or on approved dumping site through all modes of transporation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools,equipments and safety measures and incidentials necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour, if required all useful materials such as stones,shingle aggregate and slates etcetra. shall be sort out stacked and measured.Recovery at the rate of Rs. 170/- (Rupees one hundred seventy) per cubic metre shall be effected from the bills for the quantity actually measured or nil cubic metre which ever is more. Any loss to the public private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute respensibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of all other structure transponting to site, spreading,grading to required slope and graded upto any heights compacted with three whell 80-100(eighty hundred) Kilo Netwon static weight road roller to meet requirementof table 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD technical speficiations clause 301.5 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate including octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,GST and other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as all types of bridges work in al type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil,ordinary rock,hard rock,chiselling/wedging out rocks(where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 , 1603.4and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out,construction of shorting and bracing,removal of stumps and other deletrious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:6:12 ( one cement: six sand: tweleve graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths excluding the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause-802,803,1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregate as per specification to thickness of not less then 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the walls and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, retaining walls to the full height, completed to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8.and as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls, return walls with 100 mm(One hundred millimeters) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of wall/structure with slopes of 1(One) (v): 20(Twenty)(H) towards drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709,1204.3.7 , 1206.6as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per HPPWD specifications as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber earth work involved for cutting for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classifications of soil complete as per HPPWD specifications as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II 75mm (seventy five millimeter) consolidated thick to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 ( Eighty to Hundred) kilo newton static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening ,type-B, 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimeter ) at the rate of 0.20 ( Zero point two ) cubic meter per 10 square meter( ten square meter) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density as per MORD technical specifications clause- 405 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing, laying 25 mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type/60-90 TPH drum type hot mix plant providing of 75 tonne per hours using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5.0 percent of mixer and fillers, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with Sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeler, vibrating and tendom roller to achieve the desired compection as per MORTH specification clause-509 and as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of labour and material to various locations through all modes of transporation in all leads and lifts and including all incidential.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 and as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge including carriage of labour and material to various locations through all modes of transporation in all leads and lifts and including all incidential.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15(fifteen) grade ordinary kilometer stone precast of standard design as per IRC-8 (Eight) fixing in position including painting and printing etcetra as per drawing and technical specifications rural roads August 2004 clause 1703.and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and fixing of typical NABARD informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm ( One point six millimeters)thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm ( Twenty five millimeters in to five millimeters)size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm.( Twenty five millimeters in to Twenty five millimeters in to five millimeters) The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm (Seventy five millimeters in to seventy five millimeters) of 12( Twelve) SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm ( four hundred fifty millimeters in to four hundred fifty millimeters in to six millimeters), 600 mm ( Six hundred millimeters) below ground level. Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications PCC Grade M35 M-Thirty five) as per drawing and Technical specifications 1500, 1600 and 2200 of MORTH including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying filter material under neath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 2504.2.2 of MORTH including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT – PTEF bearing consisting metal piston supported by a disc unreinforced elastomer confined with in a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seal PTEF surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface. Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 (M-Thirty) Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm (Twelve milimeter), true to line and grade, tolurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred), centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm (Two thousand only), leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications 1500,1600,1700 & 2703.3 of MORTH including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm ( Fifty millimeters) thick mastic asphalt wearing course in two layers 25 mm thick each on top of deck slab excluding prime coat with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5 mm ( Nine point five millimeters) nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm ( Zero point zero, zero five cubic meter per ten square meter) and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm ( Ten centimeters) center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 deg. C ( Hundred degree centgrade) , protruding 1 mm to 4 mm One millimeter to four millimeter) over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515 and 2702.1 of MORTH as per drawing and Technical specifications including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge complete including GST and other incidential.

Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm ( Seventy millimeters) , complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation within all leads and lifts and as per MORTH Specifications section 2607 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including GST & other incidential

Providing and applying 2 ( Two) coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 ( one) litre for 2 sqm. ( Two square meters) as per drawing and Technical specifications MORTH 800 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Routine maintenance after complition of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 ( Two thousand Four ) for rural , including hauling / carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transporations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
