Erection of AAA Conductor upto 55 sqmm diameter including binding etc as required. (40 x 40 x 4 x 0.147 = 940.80kg)

Supply of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 7.14 kg per metre cross arm for four wire over head line conductor complete 50 mm X 6 mmM.S flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts incluiding drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/ V shape four wire/earthing angle iron/ channel, cross arm on steel tublar/PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11 KV Overhead lines etc. as required.

Supply of G. I. Wire , SWG-8 (45*40*0.131)+(37.20*4)= 384.6kg

Erection of G.I. wire No.-8 - SWG including binding etc.as required.

Supply of 11 KV grade, 45 KN , 320 Creeping distance , composite polymer disc insulator with hardware fitting

Supply of 11 KV grade , 5 KN , Composit polymer pin insulator with nuts & head

Supply and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turnbuckle (20 mm X 60 cm),7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coase sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm normal size) foundation incluiding exavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of Disc / pin insulator for 11 KV Overhead lines etc. as required.

Supplying & making of thre core cable outdoor termination kit make 3M or equivalent type MHOX11KV E3 Size from 35 sqmm to 150 sqmm for power supply to transformer

Providing and fixing of TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel boadr with ISI marked HRC fuses incuding drilling holes in panel , making connections,etc (63 Amp)

Providing and fixing of three pole &neutral, sheet steel distribution borad box,415 volt on surface/recess,complete with power painted including earthing ,etc

Laying of one number PVC insulated andPVC/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 95 sqmm upto 185 sqmm inculding excavation, sand cushioing, protective covering & refilling

Providing brick work (in width 225mm or more) with FPS brick of class designation 7.5 in cement morter 1:4

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:2:4 20mm stone in foundation of pump,DG set etc including formworketc required.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 at all levels

Supply of sevice connection cable 10 Sq Mm 4 Core Aluminium Unarmoured Cable for sevice connection of high mast lighting tower & W/B room.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of Electric pole with aluminium paint of approvaed brand and manufacture to given an even shade one or more coat in old work . (45*2+2.4*3.5=98.45sqm)
