Desilting the existing road side drains under the jurisdiction of Section III, Sub Division V, Buildings and Roads South Division, Public Works Department, Puducherry III Call.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Desilting the canal by removing silt, slush and debries from the bed of the drain removing the grass , buses etc., complete in unhygenic and foul condition including disposal of the same within an average lead of 1KM without polluting the environment by manual means

Removing and refixing the existing RCC precast cover slab of thickness varying from 100mm to 230mm on top of 'U' drain including laying in position to the required level and alignment etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of all taxes.
