Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.In all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Fume Red Brown

Applying Terra Coata paint (Exterior) of approval brand and made in ready made form as per direction of Engineer in Charge
