CA NO CWEAFJ-38/2026-27 REPAIR AND MAINT OF TRANSFORMER, HT CABLE POLES AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT UNDER GE (AF) PATHANKOT

Repairing, servicing and preventive maintenance of distribution transformer up to 100 KVA comprising disconnecting HT & LT supply after obtaining shutdown, isolation from electrical system, displaying caution notices, dismantling and re-fixing HT/LT jumpers wherever required, complete external cleaning of transformer tank, conservator, radiators, bushings, marshalling box and all accessories using approved cleaning materials, tightening of all HT/LT terminals, checking of all mechanical fasteners, servicing of breather, inspection of transformer oil level, attending minor oil leakages, checking tap changer operation, insulation resistance testing, functional testing, re-energising, commissioning complete including all labour, skilled/unskilled manpower, supervision, tools & plants, lifting tackles, transportation, consumables, nuts, bolts, washers, cleaning materials and all incidental works complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing, servicing and preventive maintenance of distribution transformer above 100 KVA and up to 200 KVA including complete dismantling wherever necessary, external/internal inspection, cleaning of transformer body, conservator, radiators and accessories, tightening of all HT & LT electrical connections, servicing of breather assembly, checking of oil level indicator, replacement of minor consumables, checking tap changer, testing, commissioning and restoration to normal operation including all labour, T&P, transportation, consumables and incidental works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing, servicing and preventive maintenance of distribution transformer above 200 KVA and up to 500 KVA complete including dismantling, cleaning, servicing, tightening of all electrical and mechanical joints, checking radiator valves, conservator, Buchholz relay connections wherever provided, inspection of gaskets, attending minor oil leakage, testing insulation resistance, operational checks, re-installation, testing and commissioning complete including labour, T&P, transportation, lifting equipment, consumables and incidental works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Repairing, servicing and preventive maintenance of distribution transformer above 500 KVA and up to 800 KVA including complete cleaning of transformer, conservator, radiator banks, bushings, inspection covers and marshalling box, tightening all terminals, servicing breather assembly, checking gauges, inspection of valves, replacement of minor consumables, testing before and after maintenance, commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, T&P, consumables and incidental works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning complete transformer tank externally by removing dust, grease, carbon deposits, oil stains and rust using approved cleaning materials including cleaning of radiator fins, conservator tank, marshalling box, cable boxes and all external fittings, complete including labour, consumables, tools & plants and disposal of waste material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of porcelain HT bushings including dismantling of jumper wherever required, removal of carbon deposits, dust and moisture, polishing of porcelain surface using approved insulating cleaning compound, re-fixing jumpers, tightening terminals, testing complete including labour, T&P and incidental works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of LT bushings including neutral bushings complete by removing contamination, tightening all terminal hardware, replacing minor consumables where required, testing after completion including labour, tools & plants and transportation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for checking, tightening and reconditioning of all HT terminal connections including aluminium/copper connectors, jumper clamps, bolts, spring washers and contact surfaces after cleaning with approved electrical contact cleaner, applying anti-oxidation compound wherever required, testing complete including labour, consumables and T&P, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for checking, tightening and servicing of LT terminal connections including neutral links, cable lugs, aluminium strips, busbar joints, replacement of damaged bolts, washers and spring washers wherever required, cleaning contact surfaces, testing and commissioning complete including labour, consumables and T&P, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening transformer top inspection cover wherever required, inspection of internal leads, tightening accessible internal electrical connections, replacement of gaskets wherever necessary, refitting covers with leak-proof arrangement, topping up transformer oil if required, testing and commissioning complete including labour, lifting equipment, consumables, T&P and all incidental works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
