Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for pipe line, etc in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of Fine Bar screen made out in stainless steel of grade SS 304 with Bar rack fabricated in stainless steel of Grade SS-304 square bars with clearance of size 20mm to cover the width of the screen chamber with a racking arm for manual operation in existing Fine bar screen chamber under above/below ground as directed by Engr-in-charge, to prevent floating objects passing through it and subsequently removing manually and dumped for further disposal complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor of any capacities and makes from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc including dismantling the induction/Submersible motor and seperate the stator and rotor and removing the Unserviceable DE & NDE side bearing, burnt winding wire from stator including material and labour of new rewinding same as per existing with supper enamelled copper wire of gauge F class insulation used including varnishing and heating for drying of winding, transporting the motor to workshop for repair and back and re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Measurement shall be made as per weight of rewinding copper wire only. Contractor is requested to quote all in all rate as per weight of binding wire phsysically reterieved after dismentling of motor).

Labor for opening of Monoblock Pump/non clogging submersible pump of capacity 3 HP to 20 HP from foundation/sludge sump well/equilization tank after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Spare part will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.)

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of 80mm sizes, without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends, pressure rating PN 1.0 complete including taking out unserviceable NRV complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of Sewage Treatment plant main tank made out of Mild Steel Epoxy Painted (inner and outer surface of mild steel tank) rectengular type of wall thickness not less than 5 to 6mm thick, comprising of various tanks i.e. Aireation tank-I, Aireation tank-II, Tube Settler in Lamella Settling Tank, Chlorine Contact Tank with M.S ladder provision in plant etc tank of size 6.8m (L) x 2.13m (W) x 1.9m (D) with Total Height- 2.2m including dismantling and taking out of the old unserviceable, damagged steell tank including ladder complete including all fittings and fixtures all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note 1:- Provision of crane for lifting out of sewage treatment and all machinary shall be provided by contractor at own arrangement and if any demage carried out by contractor shall be got rectified by contractor without any extra cost) (Note 2:- Make : Thermax Ltd or ION Exchange or as approved by GE from list of make.)

(Note 3:- Size of plant fixed bare minimum but contractor should provided excess size of tank as per suitability and OEM recommendation, extra charges if any shall not be paid by Govt and it will be deemed included in quoted unit rate.) (Note 4:- Contractor shall provide their own arrangment to transportation of tank upto site. No extra will be paid by Govt.)

Supply & Filling of coarse bubble diffuser with SS 304 pipe grid with necessary orifices with removable reflector to provide clog-free oxygen for Equalisation Tank as per existing system including dismantling and taking out the old damaged diffuser and necessary brick work/ demoilition work complete all as specified and all as directed by EIC.

Supply & Filling of fine bubble diffuser along with EPDM membranes, SS 304, PVC support pipe to provide clog-free oxygen for MBBR/ Aireation Tanks as per existing system complete all as specified including dismantling and taking out the old damaged diffuser complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Repair and overhauling incl Dismantling/taking down all electrical and mechanical connection of twin lobe blowers of capacity 125.0 m³/hr at 0.37 Kg/Sqcm capacity comprising of common base frame, suction filter ,suction silencer, non return, V belt, safety valve, belt guard, drive and driven pulleys,pressure guage, inter connection pipping, discharge silencer, anti vibration pads including required motor of 5.0 HP, 1500 RPM and servicing whole body, change gear oil/lubricant and V belt, replacement of Bearings of any size and type, overhauling of the same including refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note 1:- Spare parts and gear oil/lubricant oil as mentioned below shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate) (Note 2:- Contractor shall provide necessary test report duly approved by EIC after repair/replacement of spare parts and blowers output pressure capacity will not be less than 0.37 kg/sqcm). (Note 3:- Exsiting blowers shall be reapired to find out specific capacity and output, if necessary capacity not achived after repair/replacement, contractor shall provide new blower within repair cost as quoted under unit rate. No extra will be paid by Govt against the item)

Supply and fixing in replacement of CI butterfly valve of size 80 mm bore PN 1.0 including complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of CI butterfly valve of size 100 mm bore PN 1.0 including complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MBBR media made (FMR) of poly propylene with virgin plastic UV stabilized specific gravity 0.95 to 0.98 gram/cm3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of Tube Settler/ Lamella Clarifier plates to fit into Tube Settler/ Lamella tank which consists of inclined overlapping FRP plates, which will arranged to form a separate sedimentation chamber or the cells between each pair of adjacent plates as per existing system complete all specified and directed. (Note :- The overlapping additive projected area of several plates will be a factor of increasing surface settling area proportion to the number of plates used.)

Supply & fixing in replacement of FRP construction solution (chemical dosing system plunger type solution 0 to 25LPH comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP,1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor, agitator with ss sweep blade duly FRP coated , FRP tank 150 liters capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint complete with chemical grade PVC NRV complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of nuts, bolts of top and bottam cover of dual filter media and remving the 1.5' = 200 Kgs', 1' 200 Kgs', ½' = 300 Kgs' pebbles, 4/8 = 300Kgs, 8/16 = 300 Kgs and 16/32 = 300Kgs silca sand from the dual filter. Re-used the 75% 1.5'' and 1'' pebbles after proper cleaning and washing and supply and re-filling the following:- (a) Re-filling 1.5'' pebbles = 150 Kgs. (b) Re-filling 1'' pebbles = 150 Kgs. (c) Supply and filling 1.5'' pebbles = 50 Kgs (d) Supply and filling 1'' pebbles = 50 Kgs. (e) Supply and filling ½'' pebbles 300 Kgs. (f) Supply and filling 4/8 silca sand = 300 Kgs. (g) Supply and filling 8/16 silca sand = 300 Kgs. (h) Supply and filling 16/32 silca sand = 300 Kgs.

Opening of nuts, bolts of top and bottam cover of activated carbon filter and remving the 1.5' = 100 Kgs', 1' 100 Kgs pebbles and 700 Kgs active carbon from the activated carbon filter. Re-used the 75% 1.5'' and 1'' pebbles after proper cleaning and washing and supply and re-filling the following:- (a) Re-filling 1.5'' pebbles = 75 Kgs. (b) Re-filling 1'' pebbles = 75 Kgs. (c) Supply and filling 1.5'' pebbles = 25 Kgs (d) Supply and filling 1'' pebbles = 25 Kgs. (e) Supply and filling Active carbon = 700 Kgs.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanised cast iron plate 600×600×6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and 32×6mm GI strip earth lead bolted (with brass nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to test point at the other, earth strip from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including necessary earth work, excavation etc and medium grade 40mm GI pipe of suitable length for protection of copper strip, 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade for watering from bottom of earth pit to top of plate electrode, complete with wire mesh, funnel and earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. (Note : GI earth strip 32x6mm shall be provided by contractor as per site requirement, no any extra shall be paid for increase of quantity of GI strip beyond 7.5Rm from earth test point and shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate).

Complete overhauling/ cleaning, emptying and recommissiong of equalization and treated water tank recommissioning of the following STPs including dismantling the choked MS pipes, SS riser pipes, air diffusers in equalisation tank and MBBR tanks and refixing the same, providing with test report of treated water from govt. approved lab before completion of job. On completion providing training to the operators for operation of STP complete all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note : The plant will be taken over after successful completion of trial run for 30 days and the rates also include complete making good of existing damaged wall surfaces and painted wise two coat of cement base paint after preparation wall surfaces and including any repair to concrete sructures to make it upto the mark.)

STP of capacity 100 KLD at DGIS at Shankar Vihar location (Note :- After recommisioning treated water parameeter should comply following standards. (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/litre (iii) COD : < 50 Mg/litre (iv) ph : 6.5 - 8.5 (v) Total Coliform : < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Total Nitrogen : < 5mg/l

Supply,Installation testing and commissioning in replacement of Factory made LT panel board outdoor type, dust & Vermin proof fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet fixed with Angle iron frame of size 40x40x5mm duly powder coated complete using lugs,and glands of cable connection and having epoxy coated aluminium bus bar 03 wire system of 100 Amp capacity mounted on epoxy insulators, prewired with suitable size of PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor cable having independent enclosure for incoming and outgoing electrical connection and cable gland at bottom for incoming and outgoing and locking arrangement on front side and taking down existing LT panel including following fittings and fixtures as mentioned below (Location : DGIS STP):- INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 100 Amp, Four pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ 25KA -01 No. (b) LED indicating lamps for main supply indicating R, Y, B - 01 Set. (c) Digital Voltmeter & ammeter - Each 01 No, (d) Current transformer having ratio 300/5, 15 VA - 01 Set.

Supplying,laying,and testing of GI steel tubing medium grade of 50mm size in replacement in old or new position in trenches with neccesary fixing arrangements and including providing new GI medium grade fittings complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation & earth work for new location shall be measured & paid for seperately.)

M&L for painting of mild steel surfaces set with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after complete removal of existing paint by emerry paper complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing of uneven surfaces of natural ground, rough excavated surfaces not exceeding 15 cm deep and filled area where ordered shall be trimmed to an even surface horizontal or slopping, by removing vegetation cutting thick bushes, shrubs and tree of girth not exc. 30 cm and by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to given an even and neat look to the site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced brickwork in suspended slabs, beams, lintels etc. in cement mortar or cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of rubbish and making good dismantles surfaces by providing cement slurry and screed bed.

M&L for demolition of reinforcement concrete depth n exc. 200mm and removing of existing rubbish & steel reinforcement and provn of RCC M-25 design mix staging 600mm height of size 7.4mx2.73m with reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars 150mm c/c both face of raft upper & below side including PCC (1:3:6) as in sub base 150mm thick complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for cleaning and repairing existing sludge drying bed and refilling the media of Sludge drying bed and necessary connections from tube settler and to equilization tank and M&L providing sludge drying bed after cleaning of existing filter media and removing debris from site, size of sludge drying bed - 4 Nos, each of 2.4mx2.4m. Drying filter bed shall be comprising of suitable size of pebbles 63mm to 100mm, gravels size 6 to 15mm and coarse sand size 0.5 to 0.75mm in suitable depth as per OEM recommondation and complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for mild steel bars TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape quired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips deformed bars complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Fabrication, welding and fixing of MS frames made out of MS angle/ flat of any size as required at site for valve pit cover /ladder/ Sump manhole cover, Stair case steps and all other iron works including painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down of old unserviceable MS Frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Sch of credit amount of Rs.136214/- shall be deducted from total quoted BOQ Amount when work acceptance letter issued.
