Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SI 305B)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard settingof concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage .for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and inforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.RCC WORK IN RAFT FOUNDATION AND PLINT BEAM

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 with cement and coarse sand mortar single coat on fair side or half brick wall upto floor two level including curing, supply of all material, labour, T&P etc complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work . (SI. No. 584)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates etc. Grading-11 53mm to 22.4 mm (G-111)

Supply and fixing 80mm thick I-shaped mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete etc.

Earth filling in trenches, plinth and sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm. in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and dressing and all taxes required for proper completion of the work.
