Providing and fixing Air Walker make of Arihant/ Grand Slam/ Ok Play/Outdoor Effect with below specifications: 1.Dimensions (LxWxH): 1100 x 450 x 1300mm 2.Fabricated with main post of NB 100mm (G.I.) ‘C’ Class Pipe of approved make. 3.‘U’ shaped main frame of NB 80mm (G.I.) ‘C’ Class Pipe, Leg Support frame of NB 50mm (G.I.) ‘C’ Class Pipe. 4.Handle frame pipes of NB 32mm (G.I.) ‘C’ Class. (‘NB’ stands for Nominal Bore i.e., Internal Diameter of pipe in millimeters) 5.All Pipes are powder coated with 80-120 micron thick AkzoNobel or equivalent Paints. 6.All joints of pipe are robotic type welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. 7.Zinc primer paint is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. 8.Base plate cover made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 4.00mm thickness, UV resistant and colored. 9.Foothold made of Co-Polymer Plastic with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. 10. Maintenance free bearings of SKF or equivalent make duly oil sealed and self-lubricated are used in the equipment manufactured. 11. The equipment are fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movements. 12. The equipment is fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 (Concrete work shall be paid separately) 13. A M.S foundation stand fixed in C:C block of size 88mm dia & 550mm long welded 1 no. Once the concrete is set, the equipment is fixed on to it and nuts and bolts are covered with base plate cover. 15. High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts are used for assembly. 16.
