Supply and Lay DI Pipe Line of class K-9 of bore dia of following sizes as water mains with both end flanged with jointing materials like rubber sheet 3mm thick, bolt, nuts etc in any length,including testing all as specified of pipes of following dia sizes.

M & L for sluice valve cast iron body heavy duty class PN 1.6 , ISI marked (IS-14848) both end flanged with stainless steel spindle with cast iron hand wheel including jointing material like rubber insertaion sheet 3 mm thick, bolt, nuts and fixed to pipe line, testing complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

M & L for DI Fittings all socket and spigot such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, tee and reducing tees suitable for spigot and socket pipes etc all as specified and directed up to 300 mm size

Construction of brick masonary valve chamber of (1050x1050x1050mm internal dimension) with MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick and angle iron size (50x50x6) mm frame welded on four corners, duly painted with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement & 50mm lock (pad lock brass 6 levers with keys in duplicate), including necessary excavation & earth work, plasters etc complete all as specified and directed”.

S & F Aviation Obstruction Light with dia cast housing leveled anodised reflector heat resistant clear thick glass and acessories with LED light as per Bajaj Cat Part No 024973 or Equivalent all as specified and directed

M & L for digital type water level indicator including suitable cable and fittings with all accessories etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the existing RCC OHT of 1lakh gallon, 18m stagging i.e. beams, slab, foundation etc without damaging the nearby structures including removing the all debris to outside of MOD and for disposal all as specified and as directed, including, all scaffolding, shaded net, labour, tools, equipments, transport, removing the debris, salvaged material etc., complete. Note: a. All salvage (Reinforcement steel retrived from RCC OHT & structural steel) shall become the property of contractor. b. All debris as well as reinforcement and structural steel shall be removed immediately after dismentling. c. The existing ground shall be made good for construction of new RCC OHT.
