Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 40mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling course in foundation for walls, footing floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer in charge all as per specification.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling course in foundation for walls, footing floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer in charge all as per specification.

Providing and laying cast insitu reinforced cement concrete of M30 Grade of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weight batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed laces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid separately) all as per specification and shown in drawings and as directed by EIC for all insitu item. Note: The rate shall be quoted on the basis of use of 370kg of cement per Cubic metre of concrete. 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from EIC be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in schedule F. (M30 grade with 370Kg. of cement per cu.m of concrete for all floors).

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position Steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'Sail or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforcement cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: the rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. for further details please see clause 11 of section viii. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. using MS hollow/ circular/ square/ rectangular tubular sections etc., including chamfering and rounding the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint/ synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete as per specifications, drawing and as direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Lifting device arrangement if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/ plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalume steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated/ minimum 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing Brick work at all lift with well burnt stock bricks using C.M 1:6 using crushed stone sand at all level including all tools, scaffolding, racking out joints, curing complete all as per drawings, specification and as direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing at all lifts and floors 115mm thick Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt stock bricks including placing 2 nos 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, raking out joints on both faces, curing etc. complete all as per drawings, specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished 18mm thick Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattern and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigments to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine/ hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/ concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 15mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually/ mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos. of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make conforming to IS:164, as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of oil, dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete.

Carrying out day to day activities in various areas related to Civil works using Mason Class-I for removing & relaying of precast slabs, kerb wall touch up and other miscellaneous works, all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
