Preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) including one coat of primer with alkali- resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint including one coat of primer complete all as specified.
