Supply & fixing shock treatment chart in English & Local Language duly framed as detailed in IS : 1355, Details of the nearest Medical Facility available with phone number shall also be kept. With 5 mm thick glass as required. (Approx. front area 1.20 sq mtr)

Providing and spreading synthetic rubber mat, 1 meter wide, 2mm thick, conforming to IS : 15652 Class A for 1.1kV LV Voltage in front of LV DB, APFC Panel etc.

Providing and spreading synthetic rubber mat, 1 meter wide, 2.5mm thick, conforming to IS : 15652 Class B for 11kV Equipment in front of all HV Panels for their entire length. The Insulating mat shall be ISI mark in every Meter.

Provide Pairs of Electrically Tested 22kV rubber gloves. Including suitable size wooden box for rubber gloves

Providing First Aid Box as approved bt St. John Ambulance Brigade/Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 2217 :1963 (Main LT Panel Room-1)

COPPER EARTHING (UPTO 14 MTRS.) Earthing with Electrolytic Copper Grade Tape riveted (with 5nos. copper rivets) / steel nut & bolts (with 4 nos. 32mm long, 8mm thick with washer and double nut) to 30cm x 120cm x 2mm thick copper plate (made cylindrical) burred 10.50meter (34.44 feet) below ground level in the hole of excavation having bore dia. 125mm and surrounded by salt & charcoal dust mixture (20kg) including fixing the Copper Tape recessed in wall and in floor etc. upto 14mtr in length ( including bore length). 11KV CT FOR SPARE RMU FEEDER (REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING CT WITH NEW CT ) RMU TO BE USED AS TIE VCB S/I/T/C of 11 KV CT as per existing ERICON Make Nasik - 10, Ratio 300/5-5A, Cl 1.0, 10VA, STC 25.0kA/1Sec. to be installed at 11KV RMU/SF6 for TIE VCB. Including disconnection, removal of existing 50/5-5A CT and insert / Fix New CT, re-connect all terminals to make operational. The old CT shall be handed over to Client duly Packed in Polythene Sheet for storing. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-charge of the site. (3 CT's shall be 1 set). Vendor shall visit the site and confirm the suitability before submission of offer & PO placement.

REMOVING / DISMANTLING OF 11KV VCB PANEL (1 INCOMER 2 OUT GOINGS) Disconnect of all cables (HT), Control Cables including DC Supply & Make sure supply is in off condition, Remove from the existing location, Dismantle the VCB, Shift to New Location provided by the client within the lead of 500 mtrs., Store and Cover with polythene Sheet Properly including material handling equipment like Crane, Fork Lifter etc. and cable trench / VCB Room shall be free from all Cables / Equipment etc. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-Charge of the site.

TRANSFORMER OIL DE-HYDRATION Transformer to be dehydrated if the BDV Value is less then 40KV at 2.5mm distance while testing oil temperature shall be normal. Minimum 3 samples shall be tested from the same source, After dehydration BDV shall not be less than 50KV. Dehydration shall be in the scope of Electrical Contractor ( For 750 & 1000KVA Existing Transformer)

REMOVING & RE-INSTALLATION OF EXISTING 750KVA TRANSFORMER Disconnect of all cables (HT & LT Section), Remove from the existing location/foundation, Shift from Existing foundation to New Foundation, Install, Test & Commissioned, Connect all Cables and Earthing the Body & Neutral with size & material of earthing strip as provided in BOQ including providing connections in HT & LT side and material handling equipment like Crane, Fork Lifter etc. Including dismantling of wall of the existing location if required for clear passage for removing of Transformer. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-Charge of the site.

REMOVING & RE-INSTALLATION OF EXISTING 1000KVA TRANSFORMER Disconnect of all cables (HT & LT Section), Remove from the existing location/foundation, Shift from Existing foundation to New Foundation, Install, Test & Commissioned, Connect all Cables and Earthing the Body & Neutral with size & material of earthing strip as provided in BOQ including providing connections in HT & LT side and material handling equipment like Crane, Fork Lifter etc. Including dismantling of wall of the existing location if required for clear passage for removing of Transformer. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-Charge of the site.

SECTION – D SHIFTING

SHIFTING OF 2000KVA TRANSFORMER APFC PANEL Disconnect of all cables (LT), Remove from the existing location/foundation, Shift from Existing location/foundation to New Foundation/Location provided by the Client, Install, Test & Commissioned, and Connect all Cables and Earthing the Body & Neutral with size & material of earthing strip as provided in BOQ. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-Charge of the site.

REMOVING & SHIFTING OF 500KVA DG SET MAKE CGL Disconnect of all cables (Power & Control), Remove from the existing location/foundation, Shift from Existing location/foundation to the site provided by the client within a lead of 100mtrs with the help of Crane including all material associated with the DG like Control Panel, Exhaust Pipe, Exhaust pipe supports etc including material handling equipment like Crane, Fork Lifter etc. including Re-Installation of the DG & Control Panel at Location provided by the Client, Re- Connection of Power / Control Cables, Termination, etc. Earthing of Neutral and Body. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-Charge of the site. (Dismantling of wall shall be part of civil work). The laying of Cables, Termination item shall be treated in Cable Item rate.

REMOVING & SHIFTING OF EXISTING PANEL (APPROX. 11MTR WIDTH) Disconnect of all cables (Power & Control), Remove from the existing location/foundation, Shift from Existing location/foundation to the site provided by the client within a lead of 500mtrs with the help of Crane including all material. The Trench shall be cleared from all types of cables and material lying there including all extra/dead cables etc.

DISCONNECT, RE-CONNECT ALL LT CABLE OF EXISTING PANEL TO NEW PANEL FOR 750 & 1000KVA TRANSFORMER Disconnect all cables (Power & Control), Shift to new panel and connect to the designated feeder in the New Panel (for 750 and 1000KVA Transformer), Including Cable Gland, Thimble and any other petty material required to complete the job and making hole in the Gland Plate.

2500A, TP & N BUS-BAR TRUNKING AS PER NEW ROUTE BETWEEN EMCO PANEL & 1600KVA TR Supplying, Installation, including suspension, testing and commissioning of following capacity bus trunking with aluminium bus bars having current density of 130A / sqmm at nominal current rating in 1.6mm thick IP42 sheet steel enclosure in convenient sections for use on 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 415V, 50Hz, A.C. supply including jointing of sections, flexible joints, expansion joints, bends, and earthing with 2 runs of galvanized iron strips, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required by the Engineer-in-charge of the site.

REMOVING OF 2500A, TP & N EXISTING BUS-BAR TRUNKING BETWEEN EMCO PANEL AND 1600KVA TR Disconnecting existing BUS - BAR Trunking System, Removing of the same Bus trunking System from the existing location and shifting same to the location provided by the client having lead of upto 500mtrs

SECTION – E - LV CABLES 1.1KV ALUMINIUM/COPPER CONDUCTOR POWER CABLES (LAID IN PIPE / TRENCH) Supply, Loading, Unloading, Handling, Shifting, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of the Aluminium / Copper Conductor XLPE insulated / PVC insulated, PVC inner & outer sheathed, Armoured and served cable 1100V grade as per IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 and IS 1554 (Part-1) for PVC insulated cables to be laid in the Existing Trench / Pipe etc., of the required size as per PWD General Specifications.

LT PANELS Design, Fabrication, Loading, Supply, Receiving, Unloading, Handling, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of cubicle type (bolted & modular construction) panels, fabricated out of 1.6 mm / 2mm (All load bearing member & Doors shall be 2mm and other parts shall be 1.6mm) rust inhibited CRCA sheet steel, 7 tank treated sheets and powder coated shall be complete with incoming and out-going feeders, electrolytic grade (E91) aluminum bus-bar, duly insulated with heat shrinkable PVC colour coded sleeves, shrouders (Shrouding shall be provided between Top & Bottom of all Feeder), bus-bar droppers, supported on DMC/SMC insulators. Panel construction shall be TOTALLY TYPE TESTED ASSEMBLY AS PER IS 61439 PART 1 - 5, Rated Impluse Voltage 12KV, Internal arc Certification for 50kA for 0.3sec at HBB, VBB, CC, and full proof protection from dust, water, humidity, fire, vibrations, temperature, variations, pull tension, noise, entry of rodent etc. (as per relevant IS standard), with heavy duty neoprene gaskets. The floor mounting panels shall be provided with mounting channels not less than 75mm X 75mm X 5mm thick of size. Panels shall have aluminum earth bus throughout the panel, The panel shall be provided with name / designation plate for all incoming/ outgoing feeders, danger plate, door steel locks etc. The key should be common for all compartment / doors. The doors of compartment should not open when switch is in ON position and provision of de-interlock facility shall be provided. Internal control / power wiring of the panel shall be carried out with FRLS insulated copper conductors PVC insulated. All tests shall be carried out as per relevant IS standard in presence of client or his representative and all tests certificates shall be submitted to the client in original duly signed by concerned authority.

Touching up all damaged paint over equipment with same type shade and painting the MS angle , C-channels etc. with two coats of Red Oxide & Two Coats of finishing approved synthetic enamel paint.

CT, PT & Earth wires shall be 2.5Sq.mm copper conductor, FRLS, PVC insulated and Control wiring not less than 1.5sqmm, FRLS, PVC insulated, copper conductor shall be used. Color Coding shall be as per the IS standard. Power wiring shall be of suitable rating with FRLS, PVC insulated, copper conductor multistrand. All wires used in the panel shall be FRLS and class of PVC insulation shall withstand 105°C.

Note : Any item seems to be missing and needed for smooth running/functioning of the system shall be treated as included and no extra price will be paid for the same.
