S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F FI 40 x 6 mm thick as in fixing of Roof sheet as wind tie including securing bolts all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming with red oxide, zinc chrome of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L plinth protection 75 mm thick in PCC type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each) finishing even smooth at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protectio, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight all as specified and directed at site.
