Restoration of Patches/ Potholes in Damaged road for the Complaints Received through Namma Salai Portal at Zone No. III (Ward No. 24 to 33) in Hosur City Municipal Corporation

TYPE A- (Shallow patches/ rectification where the damage doesnt reach the base that can be restored by attending advance parch work itself) 1. Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications 2. Providing and laying premix carpet eith seal coat type - A to 20mm thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm ,0.09 cum of 911.20mm and 0.09 cum of 6.70 mm & below with 24.40 kgs of VG 30 Bulk bitumen and for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

TYPE C- (Potholes which needs WMM base course and BC for restoration) 1. Earthwork excavation of the Existing surface to laying the road to Proper Gradient and remove the loose soil without damage the Water Supply and other Pipe lines. The Rate inclusive of all charges such as Earth work and remove the same away from the site etc, complete as per standard specifications. 2. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications. 100 MM 3. Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete 4. Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications 5. Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 45.25 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen and 5.030kg of shredded Plastic waste for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Supplying and filling in foundation and basementwith stone dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammered watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification (75mm thick) 2. Plain Cement concrete M20 (1:1.5:3) (one Cement, one and half fine Aggregate and three coarse aggregate) using 20,, size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification (75mm thick)
