Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid beded & pointed any type of morter

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed 7 polished ) in window door cills/jambs , platform like in cement morter (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shed with granite 16 to 18 mm thick including taking down old one complete all as directed

M&L for granite using 25 mm thick granite for urinal partition/ vertical surfaces etc. in cement morter (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shed complete all as directed.

M&L for 20mm to 25mm thick unpolished cuduppah stone slab as in below granite stone and vertical support and like including necessary jointing and pointing and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed in cement morter (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & pavings n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level)

M&L for 75 mm plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base incl water proofing compound or simillar work complete all as specified

Supply only intergal water proofing compound

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment to sunken slab, floors and wall of WC, WHB and urinals, as mentioned below :- (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Bath/WC/Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust, etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or eqvt) (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or eqvt. Nahani traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100 mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely. (e) In the remaining area, in dry sustrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150 mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproof coating "Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K" or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 mm to waterproof the shower area also, it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely. (f) Fill all the hole with micro concreting .

S&F in repairs 40mm spouts pipes /Tubes, 'Medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls or in sunken floor all as directed

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) not exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M&L for plastering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) finising even & smooth without using extra cement on wall .

M&L for plastering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) finising even & smooth without using extra cement on ceiling .

De-watering of water from OH tanks capacity up to10000 ltr completely cleaning the tanks throughly by using coastic soda/ bleaching powder.

M&L for roughing of existing plaster surfaces by dubbing out average 5 mm thick, in CM (1:4) on wall & floor of water tanks.

Rendering plaster 20 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 including mixing of integral water proofing compound 3 % by weight of cement all as directed (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) finished even & smooth (without using extra cement).

Preparation of new plasterred surfaces and applying 2 coats of polimer modified mortar food grade of make Dr Fixit pidifin 2K / Home shield Latex shiel 2K/ or any approved make on an interval of 6 hrs. Before filling water let it cure for 7 days Rinse twice before finally filling the water .

Taking down wooden chowkats with shutters (w/o taking off shutter from frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each

M&L for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 mm micron) aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing ,including irrecting in concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.
