COMPREHENSIVE MISC REPAIR WORKS IN VARIOUS MES INSTALLATION AND REP/MAINT OF DRAIN, COMPOUND WALL, RETAINING WALL ETC UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE SAUGOR

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening exc 1.5 sqm and n'exc 4.00 sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder

S&F 105 mm X 60 mm size pressed steel frames for door with one or more rebates including necessary lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, one shop coat of red oxide primer, filing PCC (1:3:6), type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded store aggregate) in hollow portion of frame and two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of primed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, shop coat, synthetic enamel paint and PCC filling work shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

M&L for 2nd class HW (Teak) glazed and skeleton shutters ( factory made), 35 mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, cla-use 8.24 (a); for doors supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here under.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.45mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. Square tube including painting edges to match with prelam sheet, fixed in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made 30mm thick (stiles), Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixed in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium work with powder coated aluminium sections as in door (frame and shutters), any No of Panels, openable both side on pivot arrangment (Floor door spring and pivot set), glazing with 4.8 mm thick plain/ ordinary sheet glass fixed with rubber gasket and aluminum glazing clips, 2x Stainless steel Handle, locking arrangment, 01x Tower bolt and fixed in position with adiquate Number of fastners/ hold fast including cutting holes in wall/floor and making good (if required) complete all as specified and directed.
