Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition Matting, single or double any type including, bamboo framing or bamboo supports, cover fillets, if any complete all as specified.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified.

Demolition stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall, Ceilling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster etc.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall, Ceilling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster etc.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store upto 15mm bore.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store upto 20 mm bore.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and under in section, in any position framed / Unframed work complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulationboards/kitchen cupboard , any thickness etc. including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI metal suspended ceiling system, GI lay in plain of 600x600x0.5mm (TEGULAR) edge tiles in globel white colour to be laid on strong 24mm Tee section flanges colour white having roatary stiching on the main runner with web height of 38mm complete all as specified and directed Note- (i) To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits at 1200mm maximum centre. The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200mmx600mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm required independent support. 600mmx600mm module to be found by fittings 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees. Perimeter trime to be wall angles of size 3000mm x 19mm x 19mm secured to walls at 450mm maximum centres. (ii) The HCL sleeve anchor fastnor of thread size 6.50mm x 25/5 with soffits cleat made of galvanised steel of size 27x37x25x1.6mm and level clip in dimensions of 85x30x0.8mm with 4mm GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40 mm thick as in flooring including necessary form work and finishing rough to receive top layer omplete all as specified and directed

M & L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed 1:6 complete all as specified.

Ditto as per item No 21.00 above but in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile exc0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces exc 0.08sqm and n exc 0.16sqm, 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite stone machine cut (table rubbed & polished) in one piece as in steps,jambs,pillars,windows cills,cooking platform and similar work bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including making hole in platform and screed bed for bedding 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 ,complete all as specified.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, including making hole by drilling for gas pipe and other similar situations all as specified and directed

S & F Soild PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC prelaminated sheet and edges will be painted to match wilth prelaminted sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplied and fixing in opening as per specification & drawings.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) of prelamintaed wood grain printed PVC sheet on both sides and stiles and rails feathered at edges and consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L 2nd class hardwood as in plain, solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, paneled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated etc complete, all as specified .

S & F 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass ,gauge etc ( without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 121488.90 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
