The following work are to be carried out for replacement of unserviceable 132 KV circuit breaker CB No 783 of 40 MVA T/F-III bay at 132 KV substation kankerkhera Meerut.

Mobilization of truck to 132 KV S/S Jansath Muzaffarnagar for shifting of 132 KV circuit breaker including loading of breaker with the help of crane / hydra, carriage of 132 KV CB from 132 KV Jansath Muzaffarnagar to 132 KV S/S kankerkhera and safe unloading at 132 KV S/S kankerkhera

Opening of jumpers from circuit breaker cutting of earthing strip and opening of electrical connection

Dismantling of 132 KV circuit breaker from foundation opening of R, Y & B pole from base frame removal the base and leg and cubical upon foundation and its shifting from site to available place as per direction of supervising engineer

Modification of 132 KV circuit breaker foundation fabrication of channel /angle iron, cutting drilling of hole and fixing upon foundation for erection of new breaker .

Erection of 132 KV breaker upon fabricated structure tightening of nut and bolt erection base frame and erection of R, Y & B pole upon base frame and proper tightening, and making of all electrical connection of breaker.

Jumpering of 132 KV circuit breaker 06 No, earthing of earthing strip welding with structure, drilling hole cubical plate and termination of control cable check the local remote operation and filing of SF -6 gas in R, Y & B pole and ready to commissioning.

Providing of service engineer for filling of SF- 6 Gas, checking of all leakage of breaker pole and all remote and local operation smoothly
