Supplying and Laying of 200mm dia Dedicated sewer pumping main from 240 TNHB to Shenoy Nagar Pumping Station in Depot 102, Area VIII

Supply Laying ,Jointing 200 mm dia CI S/S pipes (LA class) with EDPM rubber gaskets including earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrum gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders depositing the earth on banks with initial lead of 10m, carting the pipes to the site of work lowering in to the trenches, aligning includng refilling the trenches, disposal of surplus earth etc; complete at an average depth of 1.5m

Supply, conveying and fixing CI specials like Tee, Bends and Tapers as per IS 1538 including earthwork excavation, lowering into the trenches, aligning, refilling the trenches with excavated soil, watering and ramming to consolidation, etc. at any depth.

Testing of M.S./C.I./P.V.C./D.I pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water(including cost of water@ Rs.73/KL) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stetches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes, including other incidental and operational charges, etc., complete for 200mm dia pipe

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for PCC works excluding centering, shuttering, compacting, curing, finishing etc complete.

Bed Block & Road portion

Providing thrust blocks with Plain Cement Concrete in 1:3:6 with 40mm HBG for the CI pumping main including the cost of shuttering, compaction, curing etc. complete.
