Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing surfaces complete all as specified.

All as above item no 8 but in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement. On fair faces of brick work complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation surface of new plastered walls a and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather proof anti algae) over a coat of EXTERIOR WALL PRIMER complete all as specified.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemperd and painted surface of old surface by Electric Rotary grinder including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of Wall Surface removing of nails, making good holes , cracks etc , cleaning of floors , glasses, joinery of drops and splashes incl all arrangement necessary for execution of work includings applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather proof anti algae complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoin jambs pillars etc including providing & fixing strutting ,propping etc for support to the roofing stone to repair the load bearing wall and providing necessary all arrangments complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per above Item No 13 but except bricks complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

M&L for excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

M&L for removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors, ISI marked complete all as specified.

Dismantling of louvres and jalliesi & Pillar of any description, any thickness complete all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick (Measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frames (Precast frame shall be measured separately and paid for seprate item) and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Providing, precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate ) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, plastes, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers,m weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortat complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

M&L for surfaces dressing n. exc. 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches. 5mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @3%, over 10mm thick rendering in cement sand mortar 1:6 as in plaster to external surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls or un plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer with hand roller complete all as specified.

Hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63mm, broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 150mm thick complete all as specified.

Use and waist for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 230 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished flat surface complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforcement concrete M-25 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per above items No 35 but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified.
