Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1: 6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10mm under layer + 5mm top layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound on top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling and soffits of staircases, waist slab surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over and including a coat of 1.5mm to 2mm thick wall care putty, to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint alkali & fungal resistance of shade deep green/camouflage pattern over a coat of exterior emulsion primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement of match the surfaces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement of match the surfaces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished vertical surface skirting/dado area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement of match the surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/hardstanding etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M& L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey pigment cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china ware wash hand basin white, flat back, size 580 x 450mm size (flat back or angle back type) including cutting for and pinning ends of brackets or erecting stand including pedestal, complete all as specified.

S & F in repair vitreous china urinal, bowl type flat back of size 465 x 355 x 265mm white (minimum), with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) including urinal spreader, providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in CM (1:2), securing urinal to plug with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair EWC vitreous china wash down water closet pan, white including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe with seat and cover and flushing cistern including making good damaged/distrubed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of vegetation/grass etc including cutting holes into or through brick walls/concrete and removal of small trees/woods etc and making good distrubed surfaces with cement with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), rendering (1:3) surface area n. exc. 0.5 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old damaged tarfelt or membran of any description including screed bed or bedding layer and removing of debris to a distance exc. 100m and n. exc. 250m and cleaning roof surfaces to remove all loose dust etc., roughening surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water using wire brush, brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated: (a) Brushing neat cement slury with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm. (b) 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on existing roof surface true to level. (c) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weighing not less than 160gms per Sqm having softening point not less than 15°C, having tensile strength of 650 N/Sqcm and 350 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180 N by torch application. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (e) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sgm over APP membrane surface. Note:- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150mm and 100mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/1S 16532 2017. (iv) Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engr-in-Charge before incorporation in the work. (v) Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work. (vi) The work shall be executed through authorised applicators of original manufacturer only. (viI) WPC shall bemeasured and paid separately as 'supply only'.

M & L for flameproof point wiring surface/concealed type with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) with PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (ZHFR/HFFR) cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 drawn in and including steel surface conduit with all fittings & accessories such as FLP flexible conduit, FLP junction box, Brass glands/connector, bends etc. with 1.60 mm thick pressed steel or mild steel sheet sunk box, including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (ZHFR/HFFR) cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switch/ 'DB's or common earth dolly for one fan/light point controlled by one 16 amps single pole FLP switch for the point wiring, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 24.00 here-in-before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps, independent with (ZHFR/HFFR) type stranded copper conductor cables along with 4 Sqmm (ZHFR/HFFR) type stranded copper conductor cables as continous earth wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F FLP/WP rotary type switch with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V, direct entry, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, 250V, 4P+earth (3 Pin) having full proof interlocking i.e plug cant be removed in ON condition, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED light fitting 1 x 20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, brass gland/connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable and flexible steel conduit of suitable size upto nearest ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair flameproof cum weather proof LED flood light fittings 100 watt having IP 66 degree of proetection made out of cast aluminum alloy LM-6, heat resistance and toughened glass, anti corrosive epoxy powder coated (Shade 631 of IS5), all as per IS / IEC 60079-1, zone 1,2,21 & 22, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for LED FLP/WP well glass fitting 120 W including integral reflector made of aluminium alloy with all accessories wired and including connecting up with suitable size copper conductor cable in flexible steel conduit, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of 120 watt LED driver of flame proof high bay light fittings any wattage as per site requirement, including taking down light fittings from high rise structure and re-fixing carefully after necessary repair, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair flame proof rotary switch including replacement of outer knob damaged inner parts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F flame proof exhaust fan 12" 1440 RPM, IP 66, made out of dynamically balanced hub of Aluminum alloy LM-6 having air discharge capacity of 1250 CFM coupled with flameproof motor of 0.25 HP single phase, including making hole in existing walls and making good the disturbed surface & match existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F louvers 12", complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded flexible copper conductor 1100Volts grade, ZHFR type, cables 6 Sqmm drawn through in and including 25mm bore steel conduit heavy duty, concealed, including 6 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade, ZHFR type, PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire with stone enamelled steel conduit of suitable size and connecting to common earth terminals complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Three runs of cables drawn in conduit shall be measured as one length of sub main. (ii) Stove enamelled steel conduit, flexible steel conduits and its accessories is deem to be included in this item rates. (iii) Unit rate include for cutting chases for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to wall, floors etc.

Supply and fixing flame proof sheet metal enclosure 4Way TPN double door IP 43 MCB DBs, phosphatised, powder coated, along with Triple Pole & Neutral (TPN) 63 Amp MCB-1 No. as incomer and 16 Amp SP MCB - 06 Nos & 06 Amp MCB-06 Nos as ougoing connection, 415 volts, IP 43 & IK 09 with metal door fixed on wall with din rail, neutral and earth bar, in proper position, complete all as specified and directed. Note: An amount of Rs.6,090.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
