Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with all lead and lifts.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling dressed stone work in cement mortar, ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x100x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS-2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications.

Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS-2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying red oxide flooring 40 mm thick, with an under layer of 30mm thick M-15 cement concrete and top layer of 10mm thick plaster with 1:3 cement mortar, mixed with red oxide finished with floating coat of neat cement mixed with red oxide (mix of same proportion), including cost of materials, labour, curing, complete as per specifications.

Providing 15 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sieved sand) on the rough side of single or half brick/ stone wall including rounding of all corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness 9mm or 10mm) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints, and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Vitrified tiles of 600mm x 600mm size.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/m2 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge - Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cherry Red, Brown, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent.

Providing and laying Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)- dark shade pigment using ordinary cement.

Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members wherever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, laps and wastages, all labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately).

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix - M20 – for all superstructures of the building up to 3.50 meters height with OPC cement/ PPC/ PSC cement and 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates and clean sieved fine aggregates as per relevant IS codes, machine mixed, with superplasticizer, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead and lifts, cost of all materials, quality conforming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, providing and removing centring and form work, labour, usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications (excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges) – for beams/ lintels.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions - For Fixed Portion / frames - with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia. and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - For Fixed Portion / frames - Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in- charge: Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)- With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Providing Mathi/ Nandi wood frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, ventilators and other frames, wrought, framed or assembled including making plaster groves (excluding cost of cement concrete and side clamps), but including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing in position fully panelled Mathi/ Nandi wood shutters for doors with stiles and rails of 40mm. thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide top rail and stiles 100mm wide as per drawing and panels of 25mm thick including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications (excluding cost of fixtures).

Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white-cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in-charge.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One coat on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge – on wall and ceiling.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge – Wall and Ceiling surface.

Providing and applying anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint in single finishing coat, of approved make [such as Asian Apex / Sherwin Williams /Berger or any other approved equivalent make] as per manufacture specification to external surface at all levels and heights including all labour, scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains, preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, all lead and lift, painting bands, in different colour/shade, maintaining covering quantity as per manufacture specification etc complete or as directed.

Providing and applying anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint in two finishing coats over a coat of primer of approved make [such as Asian Apex / Sherwin Williams /Berger or any other approved equivalent make] as per manufacture specification to external surface at all levels and heights including all labour, scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains, filling cracks with putty, preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, all lead and lift, painting bands, in different colour/shade, maintaining covering quantity as per manufacture specification etc complete or as directed.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, One coat on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge – painting on wood/ wooden based surface/ steel/ steel-based surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 100mm wide venetian blinds of window fashion fabric, with 50mm thick powder coated channel with balance, scrylic self-aligning mechanism and equally placed spacers, tilting mechanism for easy tilting operation with nylon thread and beadings, 100mm wide washable reusable fabric placed with top hanger and bottom with 100mm wide bottom plate connected to nylon bottom link chain, including cost of all materials, drilling holes, all labour etc complete.
