Note:-(Work shall be carried out upto G+3 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly).

Demolition of cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams stair cases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work .

Dismantling of existing roof treatment including tar felt/cement plaster/concrete tiles/stone slabs/brick tiles etc from roof surfaces including cleaning the surface and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded CRUSHED stone aggregate) as in padding concrete, coving of vertical junctions on roof top incl dismantling old loose /cracked cement concrete complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the RCC slab and sides complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm in CM (1:3) over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slabS and parapets mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : IWPC will be measured under separate item of this schedule.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

Providing and applying brush applied water based PU dispersed polymer modified elastomeric liquid membrane, ShaliUrethane BTD White Color with Zero VOC to from the membrane in situ at site with 3 layers of monolithic, seam less finish having > 500% elongation. The first layer is to be apply primer Shaliprime BTD @200 Gms per sqm and shall act as the prime coat to fill in the cavities. This can be brush or roller applied. For spray application, using any airless spary system with recommended nozzle size at 30:1 at 2 bar pressure. Providing and applying the 2nd coat @ 1 kg per sqm using the soft brush, roller or Spray system with the recommended nozzle size on to the primed surface . Providing and applying 45 Gsm Fiber cloth over the 1st coat, when substrate till the coat is tacky. Providing and applying 3rd coat @ 1 kg per sqm to finish the application for a thickness of 1.2 mm membrane formed in place. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat for cross linkage and complete as per the specification.

Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, m a c h i n e pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs with white cement & pigment, and cut and polished complete, on 15 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). and dismantling of existing tiles

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof complete and preparation of surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth otherwise described and appplying two coat of aluminium paint @100ml per sqm over APP membrabe sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Water proof treatment consist of as under: - (i) Applying one coat of bitumous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.3 ltrs per sqm (ii) Laying APP based memberane as specified thickness and weight. (iii) Appplying one coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20Kg per sqm. (iv) Two coats of aluminium paint

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and sweeping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) and making good in CM 1:3 after inserting membrane into the groove complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' - section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) .

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:4) with sub clas 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal Acrylic Exterior emulsion paint of Apex Ultima and shade over a coat of approved primer as recommended by the manufacturer over a coat of putty to make surfaces smooth all as required and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr capacity , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of exc 500 & nesc 1000 ltr capacity and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc

M & L in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks capacity 1000ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

Taking up or down steel tubing of 25 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store

Refixing old steel tubing of 25 mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F 25 mm bore Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store

S&F PVC SWR pipes 110mm dia pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified & directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR )bends with access door of any radius all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete is (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams stair cases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work .

Dismantling Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings.

M & L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for
