Providing and laying evenly a priming coat with the follwing bituminous ( V G 10) primer @ 10Kg per 10 sqm.

Providing and applying tack coat with Paving Bitumen of VG 10 grade confering to IS : 73 to be applied by heating in oil fired & self propelled or towed bitumen boiler and spraying the material uniformly with pressure sprayer at a rate of 0.30 to 0.40 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bitminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.50 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects.
