Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along the external/internal wall and juction below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 22 to 25 mm thick granite stone slab (of any colour table rubbed and polished) as in steps, window-cills, cooking platforms, urinal partitions and the like, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone slab including grinding, polishing, rounding the exposed edges and necessary moulding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix auto concealed hydraulic steel spider/butterfly hinges suitable for cupboards complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 600 x 600 mm, 6 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards laid/inserted to aluminium framework complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 12 mm thick plywood, grade BWP, type BB, fixed in repair with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 0.9 mm thick decorative laminate, type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for block boards, 18/19mm thick, grade 1 quality, exterior grade, decorative type, with decorative face veneers on both faces fixed to wooden frame work as in shutters and shelves of cabinets, cupboards, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for extra over rates of block board or veneered particle board of size 18/19mm thick, for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 300 x 200 x 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in dado/skirting, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including a backing coat of rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm laid in floors etc., set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
