Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary supports and strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over Silver Oak joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by Casuarina Props 10cm - 13cm spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete and as directed by , Officers.(Retrieved Materials should be taken back by the contractor.)

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement ONE AND HALF sand and three aggregate) using 20mm gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including laying, finishing, curing etc., and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary and as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement add three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc.,

Paving the floor with design antiskid ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305mm x 305 mm x 6mm in all floor aver a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20 mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement.

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes (having working pressure 6 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges up to 4 meter height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works. For Sanitary arrangement items of works, only PVC Pipe of working Pressure of 6 kg. per sq.cm. shall be adopted.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supply and run off 2 of 2.50sqm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS:694/1990 with continuous earth connection by means of 1.50 sqm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable confirming to IS:694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe 1.8mm thick concealed in wall for mains including the cost of PVC pipes and specials, cables, cement, brass screws, T.W plugs, saddles and labour etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and run off 2 of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS:694/1990 with continious earth connection by means of 1.50 sqm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable confirming to IS:694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe 1.8mm thick concealed in wall for mains including the cost of PVC pipes and specials, cables, cement, brass screws, T.W plugs, saddles and labour etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departemental officers. Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For Electronic regulator).
