Work Name: Providing Culvert in Odai and BT Road near Selvam & Prabakaran Agri land in Saranthangi village at Paraipatti Panchayat under NNT 2022-2023 P02

Clearingthe Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burring and burning etc., (KM 0/0-0/370)

Earthwork excavating & depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrum, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20 A including laying and spreading in layers of 250 mm loose thick each , sectioning , watering and compacting etc, complete as per MOST 301 - 305.

Providing and Laying US gravel to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 2

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg (SS - 1) per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying of Tack coat using Emulsion at the rate of 2.5 Kg (RS - 1) per ten square meter over Primed WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

BITUMINOUS MACADAM 50 MM Thick using Plastic waste including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing ,laying etc complete

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Construction Of 2x6 m span culvert (Sub Estimate)

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil as per SS20 B for foundation etc complete

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,

Wearing coat 75 mm thick in CC 1:1.5:3 mix using 65% 25mm, 25% 12mm and 10% 6mm IRC HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally at the Departmental section stores and the cost will be recovered at the rates noted in the special conditions appended and conveyance of the same from Departmental section stores to the actual workspot and handling charges at each and including cost of form work mixing concrete laying compacting and watering curing concrete including all leads for good soft, potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges such as baling out water forming protective bunds providing coffer dams etc., complete as directed by the Engineer.
