Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position, including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land) , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B'(well burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 6 above but except bricks.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' brick staight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in (1:4) cement plaster on walls as on any faces of brick/concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63mm using broken stone boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 100mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonary etc (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6. type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured machine pressed Cement concrete Pre polished chequered tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framedguard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M&L for 1.25mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required all as spcified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Concertina Coil fencing with punched type concertina coil 600mm dia 10m openable length, having 50 nos rounds per 6m length, up to 3m height of wall with existing angle iron and tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 20mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick black granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window-cills, cooking platforms and like in including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl polishing and rounding of edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels, landings, coverslabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating including form work to concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in coping complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of of cement base paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkaki resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.
