Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description any position Note:- All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5 km to 2 km complete all as specified and as directed.

Stripping out existing tarfelt from roof including plaster and removing the waste material where directed. Note:- All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5 km to 2 km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand @ 1:1 (by weight), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in roof kerbs or mud stops, padding concrete to roof or chamfered edges etc including form work straight or curved finished fair and even to a surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over while the padding concrete is still green complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately under relevent items.

M & L for providing roof treatment complete all as specified and directed as described in the following process:- (i) Applying a coat of cold polymeric modified bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Supply & laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than150 Gms/Sqm) with minimum 100mm transverse lap 75mm longitudinal lap over RCC slab. Application of polymeric membarane shall be by torching etc as per manufacturers instruction and complete all as directed. (iii) M & L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm. Note:-The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping benching at junction of roof and parapet walls finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC rain water pipe any size or pattern including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall/laid in floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall/laid in floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing of PVC (SWR) pipes by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC and removing of plants, roots if any including necessary scaffolding, any type, any location/height (i.e roof, parapet walls etc) and insert PVC (SWR) pipe upto full width of parapet wall and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 and plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: (PVC (SWR) shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work / PCC / RCC including necessary scaffolding,any type,any location /height ( i.e roof, parapet walls near pipes etc.) and applying Acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowthing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 Type B-O and plaster in CM 1:3 (size of disturbed portion 150 x 150 x 150mm) complete all as specified & directed by Engr- in -Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces of wall including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections 15mm bore in new or old position (valve, ceiling , floors) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Rolled sections of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (plain or corrugated) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe-410(Gde-250), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge of roof covering/ cladding to wall, chajjas, valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
