Cleaning and removal of foreign material from inside the Gully trap including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI cover and directly buried in the ground to a distance not exc. 50 m along with spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from inside/outside of existing septic tank/manhole/walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M and L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 inside and outside wall of manhole of brick work/ concrete surface as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified & as direcetd. Note: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. (ii) WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction.

Supply only integral Liquid water proofing compound complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal pipe of dia 200 mm complete all as directed.

M & L for 150 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) salt glazed stoneware drain pipe grade A laid in trenches and jointed complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr depth for cesspits, manholes etc. and getting out soft/loose soil even in foul position complete aii as specified and as direcetd.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and exc. 1.5 mtr but n.exc. 3.00 mtr depth for cesspits, manholes etc. and getting out soft/loose soil even in foul position complete aii as specified and as direcetd.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 mtr wide and exc. 3.00 mtr but n.exc. 4.50 mtr depth for cesspits, manholes etc. and getting out soft/loose soil even in foul position complete aii as specified and as direcetd.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Dismantling brick work of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6 for cracked wall of manholes,septic tank, soak pits etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-22 here-in -above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old serivceable bricks obtained from Srl No 21 shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings to brick wall, kneelers, bed plates and all other similar works including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement cocrete (unreinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) in foundation filling and mass concrete for bottom of manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

Demoletion of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demoletion of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC(1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) precast cement concrete cover slab for manhole and similar article with plain face, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and direceted.

S&F deformed or twisted TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage pipe lines of dia exc 100mm and not exc. 300 mm systematically by passing/rodding ropes, knots, bamboo /wire , kandi, rotary cleaning rods complete all as specified and directed.
