Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : of area 3 sq. metres and below

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing & fixing UPVC glazed Sliding cum casement window /ventilator PSP/Fenesta/Descon Ecowin/ Wintech or equivalent make as per approved design made out of multi chambered UPVC section with TPV gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles through out the window. The sliding outer frame having a overall size of 60x45, 94x45 or 108x45mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness, Glass sash with overall size of 39x58mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness, Mesh sash of overall size 39x58mm reinforced with 1.2mm of GI section Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 20x18coextruded with TPV gasket Windows may also have fixed casement portion on top and Ventilators(Openable & fixed) with outer frame size 60x55mm, sash size 75x60mm and beading of size 34x20mmWindow /Ventilators shall be provided with 5mm plain/4mm Pinhead float glass, standard hardware & looking system. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be 2 – 2.2mm The installation shall be done using steel fasteners and all the edges shall be sealed using silicon on both inside & outside faces including coast and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, installation at site complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing sun-control film Garware or eqvt. make including adhesive, wastage, labour etc. complete.

Replacement of damaged false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm and 12mm thick arm strong classic lite make.

Providing fixing openable shutter of size 1.50x1.50 mtr. approx. to be fixed in existing false ceiling to access internet switch box fixed between ceiling and false ceiling, made out of anodised aluminium tube 40x25mm and panelled with ACP sheet complete with hinges and tower bolt and handle.

Dry cleaning of chair cloth (seat& back) including shampooing and vacuum cleaning etc. complete.

Modification of sliding aluminium glazed door to hinged door including cutting and making in size and providing hinges, door stopper, lock and change of rubber gasket etc.

Providing & fixing hydraulic door closer Godrej (Product code 1938) or eqvt. make of heavy quality complete with necessary accessories and screw etc. comp.

Providing fixing pin board of size 1.20x1.20 mtr and 0.15 mtr depth made out of 19mm commercial board and 12mm commercial ply on back with velvet cloth over on soft bord and front will be sliding glazed shutter with 4mm glass with locking locking arrangement. The commercial board frame will be finished with laminate 1mm thick of required shade complete.

Credit for dismantled item obtained from Item No. 1 for which cost will be deducted from the bill and material will be contractor property.
